The Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) will transform the Hangang River into the first flagship project of the 9th popularly elected administration’s nighttime economy initiative, creating a 24-hour destination where residents and visitors from around the world can safely enjoy transportation, recreation, dining, culture, and camping from day into night.
